The structure consists of n.3 new non-smoking rooms, with large balconies equipped for smokers, (where you can sip a glass of local wine and let yourself be kissed by the warmth of the sun..), equipped with air conditioning and attached private bathroom for each room. We are a “no-stress parking” facility with two convenient covered parking spaces, you can easily access right underneath the facility with automated access and leave your car in complete safety, the garage is equipped with video surveillance cameras.
As you enter our rooms & breakfast you will immediately notice a mixture of styles, from the industrial retro of some rooms, to the modern of others with glass and natural white light. Our rooms overlook Piazza del Sacro Cuore, the square that takes its name from the church of the same name built in 1886 not far away, as well as “Le fanciulle” (The Maidens) by the Abruzzo artist Franco Summa and L’Imago Museum, we are close to Via Piave where typical inns and good Abruzzo food will be the real protagonists of your stay.
